At Pebbles Pure Bites, your satisfaction—and your dog’s tail wags—are our top priorities. We work hard to ensure every order that leaves our kitchen is safe, delicious, and made with care. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited.
All-Natural and Perishable Products
Our dog treats and cakes are made from all-natural ingredients and produced in small batches. Because these items are perishable and intended for consumption, we cannot accept returns for food safety reasons. This policy protects the health of every pet and upholds the integrity of our kitchen standards.
Custom Orders
All custom orders—including cakes, personalized treats, and seasonal bundles—are final sale. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please double-check your order details before submitting to avoid disappointment.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item(s) were sent in your order.
- The product is confirmed to have a quality issue at the time of delivery.
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@pebblespurebites.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
All refund or replacement requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Replacement items will be shipped out as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part. If a refund or replacement is granted due to a shipping issue or damage, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the corrected order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided production has not begun. Contact us immediately if you made a mistake during checkout and need to revise your order.
Local Deliveries
Local orders that are missed or not retrieved during the scheduled delivery window are non-refundable. Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery, or provide a secure drop-off location if possible.
